Dr. Astrid Sheil, CEO
Astrid Sheil, PhD has 15 years experience and expertise in strategic planning, crisis and corporate communication, and reputation management with two Fortune 500 companies and one European-based global corporation.

An accomplished motivational speaker and presenter, Dr. Sheil was also a founding partner in the organizational consulting firm The Polaris Team. Dr. Sheil has led communication workshops for a U.S. senator, conducted organizational research for numerous clients, facilitated dozens of workshops on communication and brain dominance, and published articles on organizational effectiveness.
